Welcome to Freedomology: Join the Sprint (referred to as the “Site”). The following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Site and any related services provided here. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, please do not use the Site.

By visiting, accessing, or using our Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using the Site immediately.

Freedomology: Join the Sprint (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a platform that allows users to:

• Learn about Freedomology sprints.

• Create an account to host or sign up for a sprint group.

• Share a customized link with potential participants (who sign up on a separate website).

All services provided through the Site are free to access.

You must be at least 13 years old to use or access the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you may only use the Site with the approval and supervision of a parent or guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Registration: To create or host a sprint group, you may be required to provide certain personal information. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

2. Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials (username, password) and for any activity under your account. Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

By using the Site, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.

• Infringe upon any third party’s rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights.

• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or the servers that host it.

• Collect or store personal data about other users without their express permission.

• Engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits any person from using or enjoying the Site, or that, in our sole judgment, exposes us or our users to any liability or detriment.

Any information, resources, or content provided through the Site or associated sprint courses is for informational purposes only. It should not be construed as medical or financial advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Freedomology: Join the Sprint, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or participation in any sprint. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site is to discontinue using the Site.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Freedomology: Join the Sprint, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Ohio.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site, with or without notice, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Site and destroy any copies of materials obtained from the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site, and your continued use of the Site after the posting of revised Terms means you accept the changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
